This report presents the native plant revegetation work completed in the 1999 calendar year. Both the report and the mitigation work described are intended to fulfill requirements in both the City of Los Angeles/County of Inyo EIR and subsequent MOU. This report consists of three sections. The first section covers tasks accomplished this year and tasks scheduled for 2000; the second section discusses the status of each mitigation site; and the third section presents results from revegetation studies initiated since 1991.
