July 25, 2005 Judge Cooper directs the Sierra Club, Owens Valley Committee, State and Inyo County to prepare sanction orders and submit them to LADWP. The Court scheduled a hearing for August 8, 2005 to hear any objections to the orders from LADWP.  See LA Times article here.
