LADWP Response to McNally Canal Notice of Dispute
On October 13, 2000, Inyo County served on the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power a Notice of Dispute regarding the operation of the McNally Canals in the Laws area. The notice was prepared in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of the Inyo County/Los Angeles Water Agreement. The following links lead to the first three sections of LADWP's response to the Notice of Dispute. More sections of the response will be added in the coming weeks. The County has until Monday, July 16, to prepare a rebuttal to LADWP's response.
